Comment:

 I wasn't very clear in my last post. My patch does not introduce any new
 bugs that were not there before, but through writing the unittest for
 util.c, I noticed that portstr allows "" and NULL, and it does this
 regardless of whether the address is v4 or v6. I will eventually get
 around to fixing that problem too, but if someone beats me to it that's
 awesome too.
