 I think so. I am imagining that we would setup Orbot, or an
 OrbotBridgeFinder helper app, to be subscribed to relevant URI templates
 "http://foo.bridge"; or "bridge://" etc, as well as mimetypes of text/plain
 and image/*. This would allow built-in helper apps such as things that
 read QR codes, or share copy and pasted text from websites, to  pass that
 data to the BridgeFinder Activity (a module aspect of an Android App) if
 selected by the user. The BF Activity would then pass that data to the
 dumb IPC 1.
