 Hm. That's CIRCUIT_PURPOSE_PATH_BIAS_TESTING. Adding that to the
 circuit_purpose_to_string() case statement is easy enough. Assigning to
 mikeperry on that basis.
 I suspect that this is in 0.2.4 too, since I don't think 0.2.5 changed
 this code.
