Comment (by brade):

 Tor Launcher does not currently provide any clickable links or otherwise
 provide a way to load any web pages.  Is the idea here that we will
 advertise a different URL in the Tor Launcher help text?  (currently, the
 help text shows https://bridges.torproject.org)
