 Yup, Stem's
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/stem.git/tree/stem/control.py#n2265
 create_hidden_service() only provides the hostname if it's running as
 tor's user] because of this. That said, unless I'm missing something seems
 like this can be resolved in favor of #1949.
