 How is this related to #13855 and #12097 and why jabber.ccc.de? Why not
 blah.im, jabber.otr.im or others?

 Be a bit considerate of the people who run jabber.ccc.de, please.


 If you would like to put some other server as default, but don't have a
 trust chain, I could do some outreach to get permission from some of the
 nicer but unknown services.
