Comment:

 I deleted the file {{{extended_orport_auth_cookie}}} and restartet the
 process with {{{ExtORPort}}} set. I can connect to the bridge without
 problems and also the obfs4 as well as the Tor log don't show any warnings
 or errors. So it seems to work.
