 This does work. . .thank you.

 But something is amiss with the automatic
 logic that obtains the `Address` value.

 Earlier had this and it worked as expected

 OutboundBindAddress 10.10.10.157
 ORPort  10.10.10.157:443
 DirPort 10.10.10.157:80

 $ ip addr show dev ethX
 9: ethX: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> . . .
     inet 10.10.99.99/24 brd 10.10.99.255 scope global ethX
     inet 10.10.10.157/24 scope global secondary ethX
     inet 10.10.10.156/24 scope global secondary ethX
 }}}

 If no other action is taken, suggest adding verbiage to
 the `Address` documentation indicating its relevancy
 to secondary IP configuration.  I performed a broad search
 on the issue and found nothing but a 7-year-old ticket
 about early implementation efforts.
