That's the only bit I disagree with: If users clearly state that they
noticed it (e.g. by clicking on the [OK] button) and still maximize the
window then we should not bother them at least during the session in which
they clicked on it. Alternatively/additionally, we could add a preference
not exposed in the UI that regulates the display of that notification
(too).
