One obvious difference is that `named` times-out requests in ten seconds
and does not fall-back to TCP (with DNSSEC disabled), at least when
querying via `dig`.
`Unbound` tries for 120 seconds, falling back to TCP. Researched
`unbound` time-outs and did not find a way to modify the behavior.
