New description:

 When launching TBB from a network share, Vidalia reports the following
 critical Tor errors:

  [Warning] Unable to open configuration file ".\Data\Vidalia\\torrc".

 I believe that the correct path would have been: Z:\tor\share\Tor
 Browser\Data\Tor\torrc (or, relative path ".\Data\Tor\torrc".
 I don't know where the Vidalia\ comes from.
