Comment:

 We're actually not going to distinguish tbb users from others.  We'll make
 the assumption that all check.tpo users are tbb, and display the same
 content accordingly.

 We may consider doing a query option that provides concise info that makes
 sense to those checking out check.tpo for their IP address only.
