Comment:

 Implemented for relay descriptors in [https://gitweb.torproject.org
 /metrics-db.git/commitdiff/1ea308d 1ea308d].  I first thought we could
 also implement this for sanitized bridge descriptors, but that doesn't
 make much sense because we're assembling them ourselves, as opposed to
 relay descriptors that we copy 1:1.
