  * rTurtle, a tool used by the Open Net Initiative to detect censorship
 of websites
  * Netalyzr, a tool to measure the edge of the Internet
  * alkasir, a tool used to map and circumvent Internet censorship
  * Herdict, a tool used to collect reports on blocked websites
  * 403 Checker, a tool used to detect censorship
  * Others that appear during the analysis phase.
  * Project Bismark, an embedded device used to test network
 characteristics over long periods of time
