be better revealing directly, how one can make anonymous donations (e.g.
sending cash to you) instead of forcing people to send you an (non-
anonymous) email?
We're not telling them to contact us, we're telling them the only legal
anonymous ways today, which are cash-related (actual cash, money order,
bank checks). Specifically, we state "If you want to make an anonymous
donation, please do so in an anonymous way." The contact info is there for
general questions or more sophisticated transactions like stock grants,
real estate gifts, etc.
Signing up for psuedo-monetary units, like bitcoin, liberty reserve, and
the like run into financial regulations like GAAP and the ISA standards.
And how one values such things before converting them to accepted monetary
units.
I'm not saying no, but it needs more research before we accept these
methods. We can only fight so many battles at once.
