 (The future-compatibility issue is that proposal 220 specified an "id"
 line of the form `id ed25519 <base64>`.  So the format for these lines
 needs to be `id rsa1024 <base64>` to avoid conflict. The 8 additional
 bytes won't matter when microdescriptors are sent compressed.)
