 Our ideal when building the site was to make setting up a mirror as easy
 as possible. Ideally, someone can just run one command with rsync to
 create a working mirror, with the dist files included.

 Creating a new mirror which automatically incorporates the site and the
 dist automatically seems best, since I assume that there will be people
 who want to run a download mirror but may not want to run a mirror of the
 entire website. On the other hand, integrating the mirror into the current
 torproject.org mirror would allow it to spread faster. Could we pursue
 both options, or ask torproject.org mirror operators to also run a
 download mirror?

 Also, having a version of the site hosted at something like
 download.torproject.org would be great, so that potential mirror operators
 can easily try the site out before they mirror it. It also allows for a
 simplified downloading experience in general, so it may be useful to make
 it available.
