 It frequently happens that some anti-virus or firewall software installed
 on the user's system will prevent the browser to talk to the tor daemon
 through 127.0.0.1:9150.

 This makes the following user experience:

 1. User starts Tor Browser and click âConnectâ.
 2. Tor Browser says it's connected to the Tor network.
 3. Tor Browser display happy âCongratulationsâ.
 4. User tries browsing some website but they all time out.

 It would be great to detect the problem earlier and tell the user to fix
 their firewall/anti-virus thingy before support has to tell them.
