file that we were testing with among other larger files). We are now
trying to modify the patch so that it only suspends if necessary.

Windows build setup, or at least we have not tried to build an ESR52-based
browser there. But we should be able to do a gitian-based build if
necessary.
I can run a test on Windows today -- let me know when you have the
modified patch.
