 Do you have a system monitoring in place that shows you memory usage over
 time?
 (i.e. munin) Can you attach the following graphs:
 - memory usage
 - swap usage
 - swap in/out per second

 Also consider adding the following to your currently running regularly
 data collection scripts so we might find out what else is using your
 memory so that tor only gets a small chunk of your 4GB.
