Looks like there's definitely some blocking happening, but it wouldn't be
happening at the bridge. Either it's happening between the client and the
broker or connections to snowflakes are failing. I'll see if I can track
down what's happening with our VPS. Some observations:
- We don't log at the client by default, we might want to consider adding
some extra logging messages for snowflake (perhaps using the new LOG
feature in the pt-spec?) so that we can pin down how far the client gets
in the rendezvous before the connection fails
- ` 1 connections died in state handshaking (TLS) with SSL state SSLv2/v3
read server hello A in HANDSHAKE` suggests that we might want to consider
adding uTLS to snowflake.
