 It's not yet in any released alpha. See #34043 for when it will be merged
 into an alpha. Until then, you can take snowflake-client from
 https://people.torproject.org/~dcf/pt-bundle/tor-browser-snowflake-
 turbotunnel-9.5a11-20200410/.
