If the "this" you're talking about is bridges, then not so much. Bridges
are only used in the first hop of a Tor circuit, to reach the rest of the
Tor network.
Runa, maybe you should make it clearer on the Tor cloud website what a
bridge is, how they aren't the same as public relays, and how you can't
compromise a Tor circuit with just a bridge? We've been seeing a lot of
confused users lately.
