 HTTPS Everywhere 3.4.2 breaks access to forums.netbeans.org. This is
 because it redirects from http://forums.netbeans.org to
 https://forums.netbeans.org, but https://forums.netbeans.org does not
 display the proper page (NetBeans forums), instead it displays
 "services.netbeans.org, https". Disabling HTTPS Everywhere on
 forums.netbeans.org resolves the issue, but the rules should be updated to
 stop this redirection
