 Using UTC is confusing to users who want to know "how long ago did I
 say...?"
 They might think their clock is wrong, or that Tor Messenger has a bug.

 Also, copying and pasting any time could reveal sensitive information. Why
 not delete the time entirely, or make it unable to be
 selected/copied/pasted?
 There could be a preference to show the time, but the time could be hidden
 by default.
