Comment:

 The scanner sql files are cleaned up after 4 weeks.

 The log files aren't, but they could be cleaned up with the data and sql
 files. We should probably make this optional, because some operators like
 keeping their history.

 Alternately, we will probably fix this with the new scanner in #13630
