 We are currently the bridge `83.212.101.3:6666` to test tor using a
 bridge.

 However, we are getting a timeout error when using this bridge:
 http://xer3kgd5ygqr7n6i.onion/r/tbb-nightly-2018-11-18-Debian9.5-x86_64
 /tor-browser-linux64-tbb-nightly_ar.tar.xz.html#tor_bridge

 We should see if this bridge can be fixed, or if we should find an other
 bridge to use for this test.
