 How can the error be resolved?
 If the error is due to problems caused by Spy Sweeper.
 Open the Task Manager by pressing the key combination “Ctrl+Shift+Esc”.
 Click on the Processes Tab.
 Locate the file “SpySweeper.exe”.
 Select the file and then end the process.
 Open the run dialog by pressing “Ctrl+R”.
 Type “Control Panel” and press OK.
 Open the “Programs and Features” window.
 Locate the Spy Sweeper program and uninstall it.
 If the user is not able to locate the exe file
