- `privacy.donottrackheader.enabled` in version 8 is **the same** as in
version 9: set as `false`
- `network.cookie.cookieBehavior` in version 8 is **the same** as in
version 9: set as `1` (block 3rd party cookies)
Nothing has changed, except the UI was removed for the already explained
reason.
The functionality for you to change the settings (via about:config) still
exists. If **you** want to alter **your** fingerprint, then go ahead: no-
one is stopping you.
PS: Re-opening this ticket won't change anything except annoy devs who
have better things to do (please note I am just a volunteer and not a Tor
Project employee)
