 I was selecting "help censored users use the tor network" and received the
 following error:

 [Tue Oct 2 13:35:49 2012] Tor Software Error - The Tor software
 encountered an internal bug. Please report the following error message to
 the Tor developers at bugs.torproject.org: "set_options(): Bug: Acting on
 config options left us in a broken state. Dying.
