My understanding of this ticket is that Aymeric is asking for websocket-
server to be built into an expert relay bundle. I don't think that will
happen. If anything, it would happen with obfsproxy first, because
obfsproxy needs to be installed on lots of bridges and websocket-server
doesn't (for the flash proxy use case).
