 It's not something used to call or changed by Firefox code, and no ways to
 bypass it.
 Windows itself using [http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-
 us/library/windows/desktop/ee872121%28v=vs.85%29.aspx App Paths] from
 registry to search Dlls in registered applications and child processes, it
 violates [http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-
 us/library/windows/desktop/ms682586.aspx#search_order_for_desktop_applications
 documentation] Microsoft wrote about paths:

 App Paths registry key. The App Paths key is not used when computing the
 DLL search path.

 And probably fixed in some future windows version, but still working in
 olds.

 Btw, vanilla updater.exe linked with system libraries only and have no
 problems with Dll search and the current directory.
