Comment:

 For A) there now is #27998, for B) i encourage everyone to open tickets
 for new mirrors or changes now that we have the
 [/projects/tor/query?status=!closed&component=Community%2FMirrors
 Community/Mirrors] component.
 That should make it easy enough?
