 Just for note: this bug could be more complicated than just a loud warn.
 Warn could happen not only with the zero capacity of the bridge(s).

 See conditions: DBL_TO_U64(weighted_bw), with weighted_bw +=
 weight*this_bw; and means of a weight with DBL_TO_U64().
