 Let's not worry about porrum for now.

 Karsten said to run the torperf experiment on my own user account on
 ferrinii to not screw up the other torperf runs (this is just to evaluate
 #1919 short-term) before transitioning them to the torperf group. So I
 believe that I don't need anything other than a regular user account for
 now.
