 Hard to tell what's going on because we are really just guessing how this
 firewall might be set up.  It might be worth trying to find other obfs2 or
 obfs3 bridges on different ports.  Vanilla Tor might be less successful
 since I expect the firewall to MitM the connection but it might be worth
 also giving it a short on different ports other than 443.
