 Kathy and I are trying to keep all of the about:tor functionality together
 (inside Torbutton). But it looks like the browser.startup.homepage
 override is in Torbutton anyway (which makes sense), so maybe we can just
 do as you suggest. We will try it and post a revised patch soon.
