 cypherpunks, this error was observed on a fresh install after all
 persistent directories (~/Library/Application Support/TorBrowser-Data,
 /Applications/TorBrowser-Data and /Applications/TorBrowser.app) had been
 removed. Just retested on another machine with a fresh install of 10.12.
 Had exactly the same results. Sometimes you can be lucky and the meek
 process remains functioning for a while before crashing and then you have
 to restart. Never continues working for more than a minute.
