 Bah, in looking back I was wrong about the frequency of tor regressions.
 Sorry about that.

 Did a quick search and the last few are #27003, #25981, and #21300. That's
 pretty uncommon. None the less though each makes a couple hours of work
 for me so checking with Nick if we can formalize running our tests prior
 to pushing.
