Yes and no. The reason for the bug is that mingw-w64 does not support the
new accessibility related code in Firefox (widl is the problem here, to be
more exact) *regardless* if you are using clang with it (which we will be
doing soonish) or GCC (which we are doing now) as the compiler. mingw-w64
"just" provides the Windows headers etc.
