 Is this about build-in obfs4 bridges? There was a 4 hours maintainance of
 two bridges with offtime and a possible overload of the remaining ones.
 > This happened before, when obfs4 could not access any websites for a few
 days, and then it could again.
 If this was around end of July we might have had a gap because of the
 change to the new Bridge Authority Serge.
 Both would be technical cases and no blocking events. If this does not
 meet your observation disregard the said.
