#27732: New Identity does not reset NoScript's Temporarily Trusted settings

Comment (by Yael):
Platform: Linux
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set Security slider to safest.
2. Set any random website to Temporarily Trusted
3. Hit New Identity
4. Go back to the website later on, the website will still be marked as
trusted and thus permission to execute JavaScript is still granted.
This can be solved by closing and re-opening Tor Browser, however, from my
understanding New Identity is supposed to handle that?
