[tor-commits] [tor/master] Move the 'dirty' flag for the guards to a global again
commit e56bc1e5de05d9bc6876d91d364d33f0771eb322
Author: Nick Mathewson <nickm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Nov 23 15:48:10 2016 -0500
Move the 'dirty' flag for the guards to a global again
It makes more sense to have a single dirty flag, since we always
regenerate the whole state file when we save it.
