    config: Catch missing Bridge for ClientTransportPlugin
    
    When making sure we have a Bridge line with a ClientTransportPlugin, we
    now check in the managed proxy list and so we can catch any missing
    ClientTransportPlugin for a Bridge line.
    
    Fixes #40106
