Use intervalStart() in b.e.autoresponder.createResponseBody().
* CHANGE `bridgedb.email.autoresponder.getResponseBody()` to use
`bridgedb.schedule.intervalStart()`, not `getInterval()`.

These were part of the hotfixes to ponticum on 2014-07-16.
