commit 98da122ab4a1f20822a953dd318f995b1ed055ba
Author: Sebastian Hahn <sebastian@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Sep 16 04:27:32 2015 +0200

This removes a comment presumably introduced for debugging that was left
in accidentally. Bug not in any released version of Tor. Fixes bug
17092.
