+  The syntax is:

+    HSAddress = 16*Base32Character
+    AuthType = "NO_AUTH" / "BASIC_AUTH" / "STEALTH_AUTH" / "UNKNOWN"

+    These events will be triggerred when required HiddenService descriptor is
