Bug 19856: Make OS X builds reproducible again
We recently found a machine that includes actual timestamps into
OpenSSL libraries we need for tor. The reason for this is unknown as
other KVM and LXC machines are generating matching builds.
Resorting to libfaketime again solves this issue.
