[tor-commits] [tor/master] Check if glob() is available at build-time.
commit 1c4b140427aeb36d80475e92fe57154fcc8abcf3
Author: Alexander Færøy <ahf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Sep 9 22:08:54 2020 +0000

unavailable at build-time. This currently happens with the Android NDK
used for Tor Browser.
