0.0.8 (as of rc1) relearns your IP before it publishes the descriptor each
time (by default, that's every 10 minutes). So assuming your computer
learns about its new IP, you can leave Address undefined in your config
and you should be all set.
(If you're running a server that is natted behind something that keeps
getting a new IP, or you have multiple interfaces and you want to use
an interface that's dynamic and isn't the one gethostname() resolves to,
I expect you to be clueful enough to make it work, e.g. via dyndns.)
